Job Overview

Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a Junior HR Executive (Female) to join our team at the Ernakulam office. The candidate will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Assist in drafting job postings and managing job portals/social media hiring campaigns.
• Support general HR operations and documentation as required.
• Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field preferred.
• 6 Months–2 years of HR/recruitment experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
