If yes, then this role is your perfect launchpad into the world of Talent Acquisition!As a Recruiter, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) for candidates—sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring they have the best experience with us. Think of yourself as a career matchmaker, helping great people meet their dream opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Hunt for talent on job portals, LinkedIn, and other cool platforms
Talk to candidates and figure out if they’re the “right fit” (a little detective work)
Schedule interviews and keep the process running smoothly
Build and update our candidate database
Partner with senior recruiters & hiring managers to learn the ropes
Spread good vibes by making sure every candidate has a positive experience

What We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates OR 0–2 years of HR/Recruitment experience
Internship experience in HR is a bonus
Great communication & people skills (you enjoy talking to people!)
Organized, curious, and eager to learn
Familiarity with LinkedIn/job boards = brownie points
