Role Overview:

Junior

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of accounting experience
• Intermediate-level MS Excel skills is a must including: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Index + Match
• Zoho Books experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines\
• Should be based in Hyderabad
• Ability to join immediately is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, commercial offers, and purchase orders
• Maintain and update weekly cash flow statements
• Upload and reconcile bank statements with recorded sales and expenses
• Book sales accruals and expense provisions accurately and timely
• Support in VAT and Corporate Tax filings in coordination with external consultants
• Assist in preparation of documents and schedules for external audits
• Ensure organized, clean, and up-to-date records of all accounting transactions
• Handle petty cash entries and reconcile with physical cash on hand
• Conduct aging analysis of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly budgets and perform variance analysis
• Generate ad hoc financial reports as required by management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Reporting and Data Management: Provides Analysis and Reports to the Finance manager as and when required
