Junior Finance Manager

The role involves handling and resolving vendor-related queries efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining daily transaction entries updated in Tally and ensuring proper ledger records. Additionally, you will support the Sales team in pricing by conducting SKU-wise Profitability Analysis. Processing purchase invoices on a daily basis and preparing commercial files as per vendor agreement are also key responsibilities. It is essential to maintain reconciliation reports for all vendors regularly and safeguard vendors" agreement data with confidentiality. Furthermore, the role includes MIS reportings and Inventory Management tasks. The ideal employee is expected to not only work within the system but also focus on enhancing and evolving the systems. Building, innovating, and growing the Brands exponentially are crucial aspects. Problem-solving skills are essential, and employees are encouraged to be proactive in understanding the department's ideology. While work-life balance is valued, availability when required is necessary in the e-commerce sector to ensure brands are accessible to customers. Maintaining an organized and planned approach, continual learning, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and Tally are also important. Qualifications for this role include an MBA in Finance/MCom, CA Inter/IPCC cleared, with a minimum of 65% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation. A minimum of 2 years of experience at a CA firm, good command over English and Hindi, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office are required. Experience of 2-5 years, maintaining a To-Do List, and being proficient in Tally are also necessary. The expected remuneration ranges from 4 LPA to 7.2 LPA, with opportunities for promotion every 6 months and involvement in exciting new projects.,
