The role involves concept development, client presentations, team coordination, and site execution, ensuring designs align with brand identities and operational feasibility. --- # Key Responsibilities 1. Design Leadership: - Develop retail store concepts, mood boards, and schematic layouts. - Create and review AutoCAD drawings, 3D visualizations (SketchUp/3Ds Max + V-Ray), and GFCs. 2. The role requires expertise in BOQ analysis, rate card preparation, and contract finalization, with a strong grasp of interior fit-out materials, labor rates, and commercial terms. Key Responsibilities 1. Proposal Development - Prepare PMC, design fee, and fit-out proposals for clients (Tata, Reliance, D2C brands) -Analyze BOQs and project specifications to ensure competitive pricing. 2. Costing & Rate Negotiation: -Conduct rate analysis for materials (MDF, acrylic, lighting) and labor -Negotiate additional items/variations with clients and vendors. 3.
