Join a dynamic team driving excellence in retail construction and design.●Eligibility Criteria•Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering•Experience Requirements:2-5 years of proven experience in Interior Fit-Out and MEP projectsPrior involvement in retail sector projects is highly preferred.•Technical Proficiency:1)Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems2) Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint3) Competence in BOQ preparation, site supervision, and quality control4)Familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations*Personal laptop required•Key Responsibilities1) Supervise and manage site execution for interior fit-out and MEP services2) Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders3) Ensure project adherence to quality standards and timelines4) Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)5) Troubleshoot site-related issues and provide technical guidance▲ Important NoteOnly candidates with prior experience in retail interior fit-out and MEP projects will be considered.
