Job Opening: Project Management Consultant (Hospitality Projects)

Location: Rajasthan – Jaipur, Pushkar, Kishangarh, Reengus

Apeksha Group, a leading name in real estate and hospitality development, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Management Consultant to oversee our upcoming hotel and resort projects across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide all aspects of hotel and resort construction projects.

• Collaborate with hospitality brands for property management partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong networks with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors.

• Monitor project budgets and manage financials efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

• Negotiate vendor contracts and maintain favorable relationships.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in civil or a related field.

• Experience in hotel or resort construction is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, maps, and project layouts.

• Proven experience in brand collaboration within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent network and liaison skills with key stakeholders.

• Strong financial and budget management capabilities.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Candidate from Rajasthan region will be preferred, with sound knowledge of Jaipur, Pushkar, Kishangarh, and Reengus.
