Are you a dynamic, goal-oriented sales leader with experience in real estate?

Apeksha Group is looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the sales strategy and drive growth for our residential project and township in Ajmer, Kishangarh and reengus.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage the entire sales team

✅ Build and execute sales strategies for consistent growth

✅ Handle channel partner networks and customer acquisition

✅ Achieve sales targets and manage client relationships

✅ Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and site teams

Requirements

✔ Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales

✔ Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills

✔ Proven track record in handling residential project sales

✔ Knowledge of the Ajmer or Rajasthan market is a plus
