Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest satisfaction, and sales and marketing.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team to maintain high performance and service excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and revenue strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Build partnerships and promote the hotel through local networks and tourism platforms.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and uphold a strong reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in hotel/hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities.
• Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems) and other hospitality software.
• Knowledge of Goan hospitality trends is a plus.
