We are now looking for a dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our operations and drive our guest satisfaction to new heights. --- Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily hotel operations, front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest satisfaction, and sales and marketing. Lead and motivate a diverse team to maintain high performance and service excellence. Manage budgets, forecasts, cost control, and revenue strategies. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Build partnerships and promote the hotel through local networks and tourism platforms. Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and uphold a strong reputation. Qualifications & Requirements : Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in hotel/hospitality. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities.
