Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in hotel operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest service, managing staff, and maintaining high operational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement of supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the property.
• Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operations.
• Coordinate with accounts for billing, collections, and expense control.
• Support marketing initiatives and help maximize room occupancy and revenue.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
