Senior Project Management Consultant

As a Project Management Consultant for Apeksha Group's hospitality projects in Rajasthan, your role involves overseeing the construction of hotels and resorts with the following key responsibilities: - Supervising and guiding all aspects of hotel and resort construction projects. - Collaborating with hospitality brands for property management partnerships. - Building and maintaining strong networks with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors. - Monitoring project budgets and managing financials efficiently. - Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution. - Negotiating vendor contracts and maintaining favorable relationships. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Master's degree or equivalent in civil or a related field. - Experience in hotel or resort construction, preferably. - Strong knowledge of construction drawings, maps, and project layouts. - Proven experience in brand collaboration within the hospitality industry. - Excellent network and liaison skills with key stakeholders. - Strong financial and budget management capabilities. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Preference will be given to candidates from the Rajasthan region with sound knowledge of Jaipur, Pushkar, Kishangarh, and Reengus.
