The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions within ServiceMax, bridging service operations and finance teams.
  • Act as the go-to resource for ServiceMax financial workflows including invoicing, tax handling, and e-Billing compliance. Ensure correct mapping of service activities into billable items within ServiceMax.
  • Support finance teams by validating data accuracy and compliance with tax and e-Billing regulations.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to streamline invoice generation and revenue recognition processes.
  • Maintain and validate financial data in ServiceMax, ensuring accuracy of contract terms and entitlements.
  • Partner with compliance teams to align billing workflows with tax and e-Billing regulations.
  • Monitor and audit financial data flow from ServiceMax to ERP/Accounting systems.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track financial KPIs.
  • Provide insights into revenue leakage risks and contract profitability.
  • Train HRSG service teams on ServiceMax billing and invoicing features.
  • Develop quick guides and process documentation for field-to-finance data capture.
  • Work closely with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance teams.
  • Liaise with IT/ServiceMax administrators during system enhancements.
  • Act as a business advocate in financial system integration initiatives.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills
  • Experience with ServiceMax or Salesforce-based FSM systems in financial workflows.
  • Knowledge of CFDs, invoicing, tax compliance, and e-Billing regulations.
  • Strong understanding of service-to-cash cycle.
  • Proficiency in financial data reporting using ServiceMax dashboards, Salesforce reports, Excel, BI tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting/finance credential.
  • Salesforce or ServiceMax certification.
  • ITIL or Finance ERP certification.
