Junior Application Support Analyst

Role Overview: As a detail-oriented HRSG ServiceMax Business Support Specialist focusing on financial processes related to service operations, your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions within ServiceMax. You will serve as the go-to resource for ServiceMax financial workflows, including invoicing, tax handling, and e-Billing compliance. Collaboration with various teams such as finance, accounting, and compliance will be essential to streamline processes and maintain financial data accuracy in ServiceMax. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceMax financial workflows, ensuring correct mapping of service activities into billable items and validating data accuracy for tax and e-Billing compliance. - Collaborate with accounting teams to streamline invoice generation and revenue recognition processes. - Maintain and validate financial data in ServiceMax, ensuring accuracy of contract terms and entitlements. - Partner with compliance teams to align billing workflows with tax and e-Billing regulations and monitor financial data flow to ERP/Accounting systems. - Create dashboards and reports to track financial KPIs, provide insights into revenue leakage risks, and train HRSG service teams on ServiceMax billing features. - Develop quick guides and process documentation for field-to-finance data capture and act as a business advocate in financial system integration initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Experience with ServiceMax or Salesforce-based FSM systems in financial workflows. - Knowledge of CFDs, invoicing, tax compliance, and e-Billing regulations. - Strong understanding of the service-to-cash cycle and proficiency in financial data reporting using ServiceMax dashboards, Salesforce reports, Excel, and BI tools. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills. - Nice-to-have skills include CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting/finance credential, Salesforce or ServiceMax certification, and ITIL or Finance ERP certification.
