Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other accounting software. Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and manage petty cash. Support in the preparation of GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance. Assist in invoice processing, billing, and vendor/supplier payments. Track and reconcile accounts receivable and payable. Help prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and reports. Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and inventory record maintenance in coordination with the Store Department. Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure accuracy in billing and inventory valuation. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling company financial data. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role (freshers with internship experience may also apply). Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally ERP9/Prime , MS Excel, and Word. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
