We are looking for a Store Assistant to support day-to-day operations in the stores department of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, issuing, and maintaining inventory of raw materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and finished goods. The candidate must ensure accurate documentation, timely material handling, and adherence to company procedures and safety norms. Key Responsibilities: Material Receipt & Verification: Receive and inspect incoming materials as per purchase orders. Verify quantity, quality, and documentation (e.g., delivery challans, invoices). Report any discrepancies or damages to the Store In-Charge or Procurement team. Storage & Inventory Management: Organize and store materials systematically using proper identification and binning methods. Ensure materials are stored in a clean, safe, and easily accessible manner. Maintain real-time stock records in manual registers or ERP systems. Material Issuance: Issue materials to production, maintenance, or other departments against approved requisition slips. Record material movements accurately and update inventory records promptly. Stock Monitoring & Reporting: Assist in conducting periodic stock checks, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits. Report low stock levels, slow-moving or obsolete items to management. Generate and submit stock reports as required. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Issue Slips, and Stock Transfer Notes. Ensure proper filing and documentation as per ISO or internal quality systems. Adhere to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S workplace organization. Support Functions: Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatching finished goods when required. Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams for smooth operations. Required Qualifications: Minimum: 10+2, B.Com, B.A. or ITI certificate; 1–3 years of hands-on experience in storekeeping within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Working knowledge of inventory systems, store documentation, and stock management procedures. Proficient in using MS Excel and ERP/store management systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Busy, etc.). Preferred Skills & Certifications: Basic understanding of engineering parts, consumables, and spare components. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, assisting with statutory compliance, and supporting monthly and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals, familiarity with ERP systems, and the ability to work accurately under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:1. Transaction Processing & Data Entry Record day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Post entries in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems) ensuring proper ledger coding. Prepare and update cash books, bank books, and journal vouchers. 2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments against verified purchase orders. Track customer payments and prepare aging reports for outstanding receivables. Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers on a periodic basis. 3. Bank & Ledger Reconciliation Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure proper alignment with company records. Reconcile general ledger accounts and highlight discrepancies, if any. 4. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance Support Assist in GST input/output tracking, reconciliation, and return preparation. Handle TDS entries, challan payments, and documentation. Maintain supporting records for audits and compliance checks. 5. Reporting & Documentation Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, including expense summaries, sales reports, and ledger summaries. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing of invoices, payment proofs, tax documents, and related records. Support internal and statutory audits by providing required reports and documents on time. Qualifications & Skills:Required: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com). 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial company. Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar). Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas). Understanding of basic accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS). Preferred: Experience with inventory and cost accounting. Exposure to manufacturing-related compliances (e.g., e-Invoicing, E-way bills). Familiarity with ISO standards and audit procedures.
