Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a JT & Associate- F&B Service in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and presentation.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
