Job Title: Technical Trainer and Coordinator

Compensation: ₹1.4L – ₹1.8L (Fixed) + TA

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Technical Trainer and Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our Kolkata office. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity ideal for individuals eager to grow in the field of education, training, and technology. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality technical training and managing coordination tasks to ensure seamless academic operations across our learning platforms and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Delivery:

·Conduct online and offline sessions on Data Science, Analytics, and related technologies.

· Deliver engaging and practical sessions for both corporate and academic learners.

· Develop course materials, session plans, and instructional design documentation.

· Create assignments, coding challenges, quizzes, and project-based assessments.

· Support learners through mentorship, feedback, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Coordination & Program Management:

· Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders to manage course delivery timelines and quality.

· Schedule and organize sessions, track attendance, and ensure smooth execution.

· Liaise with the content development and L&D teams to update curriculum as per industry standards.

·Collect feedback, generate performance reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

· B.Tech or B.E

· Fresher or 1–2 years experience in teaching/training/coordinating technical subjects preferred.

· Proficiency in any tools and platforms like Java, .Net, C, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Excel

· Excellent communication, explanation, and analytical skills.

· Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

· Comfortable with MS Office and digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.).
