Job Description

Job Description: You will be supporting the HR team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Additionally, you will assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management. Your role will involve participating in HR process improvement initiatives and project implementations. You will also help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, as well as support the coordination of training and development programs. Furthermore, you will assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Qualification Required: - MBA program with a focus on HR/Organisational Behaviour is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Additional Details: The company offers health insurance and Provident Fund as benefits.
