Inside Sales Associate-Freshers

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Generate and manage leads for various programs offered by the organization.

● Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media to provide product

information.

● Understand the needs of prospective learners and recommend appropriate courses.

● Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating course benefits and features.

● Follow up with leads regularly and maintain engagement until enrollment is completed.

● Support the enrollment and application process for interested candidates.

● Maintain accurate records of lead interactions using CRM tools.

● Participate in other business development activities and initiatives as assigned by the

management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

● Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

● Interest in sales, customer handling, and business growth.

● Basic knowledge of tools like MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

● Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

● Willingness to work flexible hours to support global outreach.
