Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our Analytics & Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, processing, and analyzing data across various departments including marketing, operations, and product.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a foundational understanding of Python to grow within a data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel (Advanced Formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, and Charts).

Use Python (pandas, numpy) to automate repetitive data tasks and perform basic analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data insights, reports, and dashboards.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions.

Maintain and improve reporting templates and data documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Advanced Excel proficiency – including formulas, pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, and dashboard creation.

Basic knowledge of Python – particularly for data cleaning and manipulation using libraries like pandas and numpy.

Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

Good communication skills – both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related domain (internships included).

Familiarity with Google Sheets, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
