Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. A strong command of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with spreadsheets and basic formulas is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data in spreadsheets and company databases
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Perform regular data audits and clean-up tasks
Use Microsoft Excel to organize and manage data effectively
Generate basic reports as required
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic level: data entry, formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering)
Strong attention to detail
Good typing speed and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
