Key Responsibilities Prepare & verify BOQs and quantity take-off Client billing, measurement verification, and reconciliation Tender analysis, rate justification & cost estimation Monitoring project execution, planning & scheduling Manage manpower, material, and machinery planning Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Subcontractor billing, coordination & reconciliation Prepare DPR, MPR and budget tracking reports Coordination with Client, Consultant & Department Required Skills Strong knowledge of PWD SOR, CPWD, MORT&H specifications Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel (Advance) Strong leadership and communication skills Minimum 5 years of Billing/QS experience Ability to manage multiple teams & deadlines How to Apply Interested candidates may email their CV to: landmarkengghohr@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹26,262.27 - ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
