Job Description

Bahubali Construction Co. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor cum Project Manager to oversee project planning, quantity surveying, billing, and overall site management for our ongoing and upcoming civil projects in Bilaspur.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & verify BOQs and quantity take-off
• Client billing, measurement verification, and reconciliation
• Tender analysis, rate justification & cost estimation
• Monitoring project execution, planning & scheduling
• Manage manpower, material, and machinery planning
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Subcontractor billing, coordination & reconciliation
• Prepare DPR, MPR and budget tracking reports
• Coordination with Client, Consultant & Department

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PWD SOR, CPWD, MORT&H specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel (Advance)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Minimum 5 years of Billing/QS experience
• Ability to manage multiple teams & deadlines
