Senior Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with the management team.
• Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilisation .
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a project manager for 8-10 clients and exhibit senior level ownership.
• Make sure that all the projects are to be delivered on time.
• Coordinate with the third parties and make the project go flawless.
• Develop a project and monitor it accordingly.
• Manage the project scope and techniques by using various verification techniques.
• Track all the performance and develop comprehensive project plans.
• Maintain the relationship with the clients and report to the management when necessary.
• Meet the customers for detailed documentations.
• Maintain the spreadsheets accordingly along with the diagrams and process maps.
