About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and play a pivotal role in bringing SenseH to market. This is a highly strategic position that goes beyond traditional project management — you'll be involved in regulatory affairs, fundraising, team building, and shaping the direction of the company.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate regulatory affairs, ensuring compliance with medical device standards and navigating approval pathways
• Oversee documentation processes, maintaining rigorous quality and traceability across the product lifecycle
• Provide strategic input to leadership on product development, go-to-market planning, and operational priorities
• Support HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing team culture
• Scout fundraising opportunities and cultivate relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and create value across all organizational operations
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple workstreams

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
• Experience in the medical device or regulated industry — familiarity with FDA, CE marking, or ISO 13485 is highly desirable
• Conversant in AI tools and enthusiastic about leveraging AI to enhance organizational efficiency and operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you see gaps and fill them
• Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
