Jr. Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed relevant Data Analytics courses and are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will work with various data sources to generate reports, analyze trends, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business goals.
• Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Leverage Excel for data visualization, analysis, and reporting.
• Write Python scripts to automate data processing tasks and support analytical projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data quality measures and best practices.
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Education: Completion of a Data Analytics course or related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Good to have insurance related domain knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-1+yrs of relevant experience in Data Analysis
• Understanding of basic statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with data cleaning and data wrangling processes.
