Job Title:- Operation Manager Location :- Gujarat/ Pune Overall Role Objective: The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing operational efciency, implementing process improvements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between different departments to achieve overall business objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations. Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to develop customized solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and maintain positive client relationships. Role 3. Business Development Identify and secure new clients. Develop sales strategies. Negotiate and close deals to secure new business. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Implement business development plans. 4. Financial Management: Develop and manage the annual budget for the FMS division, ensuring alignment with nancial targets and business objectives. Monitor nancial performance, analyse variances, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize protability and resource utilization. Responsible for P&L for the region Evaluate pricing strategies, contract terms, and vendor agreements to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while maintaining service quality. Section IV: Knowledge, Experience & Skills Educational :-Any Graduate/ Hotel management Qualications :- Total Experience of 4+ years in operations Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant master degree is a plus. Proven experience in operations management or a related role. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
