Head of Quality Control

Experience Required: 8-10 Years Industry: Polymer Compounding & Material Extrusion Salary: Negotiable Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead and oversee the quality assurance and control processes within our polymer compounding and material extrusion lines . The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant industry experience and a proven track record in ensuring quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes related to PP, HDPE, ABS, PET , and other polymer materials. Key Responsibilities: Lead the quality assurance and quality control functions for polymer compounding and material extrusion lines . Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Ensure adherence to product specifications, testing protocols, and customer requirements for PP, HDPE, ABS, PET , and other polymers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality-related issues. Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to ensure integrated quality management. Train and mentor quality teams to uphold high standards. Manage internal and external audits , including regulatory and customer audits. Oversee material extrusion processes to ensure optimal performance and consistency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (CIPET-qualified candidates preferred). 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the polymer compounding and material extrusion industry . Expertise in PP, HDPE, ABS, PET , and other polymers. Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, and other relevant quality standards . Proficiency in analytical testing, inspection methods, and documentation . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills . Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive quality initiatives .
