Head of Quality Control

As the Head of Quality Control at Laxmipati Engineering Works Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality inspections, developing and implementing quality control procedures, and managing quality management systems. Your role will require strong analytical and laboratory skills to perform analytical assessments and laboratory testing effectively. Additionally, your leadership and team management abilities will be essential in leading the quality control team towards success. Effective communication and problem-solving skills will also be key in this role. While primarily based in Surat, you will have the opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility. Experience with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and expertise in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management are required for this full-time hybrid position.
