Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Quality Control located in Ahmedabad. The Head of Quality Control will be responsible for overseeing all quality control processes, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising quality assurance teams, performing analytical testing, maintaining laboratory standards, and continuously improving quality protocols to ensure product reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Management practices
• Strong Analytical Skills and Quality Assurance knowledge
• Experience with Laboratory Skills and maintaining laboratory standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or Biotechnology
• Experience in the medical equipment manufacturing industry is a plus
