Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Quality Control, based in Coimbatore. The individual in this role will oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance and control across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems, conducting quality inspections, monitoring compliance with established standards, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring product quality meets customer and regulatory requirements. They will also lead a team of quality professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational quality objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and results Competence in Laboratory Skills, including testing and inspection methodologies Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Familiarity with manufacturing processes in industries such as cement, steel, power, or petrochemicals is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field Experience in a relevant quality control or quality management role is highly desirable
