Sr. Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and knowledgeable Sales Officer / Distributor to manage sales and distribution of our medical equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective territory coverage to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of medical equipment (e.g., diagnostic devices, surgical tools, patient monitoring systems) to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify, target, and onboard new clients and distributors in assigned regions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Participate in sales campaigns, conferences, and medical exhibitions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or distribution of medical devices or healthcare products.
• Existing network of healthcare clients is a plus.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong technical aptitude for understanding medical equipment.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
