Job Description

1. Job Summary

The Sales Officer’s primary goal is to drive the company’s growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing accounts. They act as the vital link between the company and the market, ensuring products or services reach the right audience effectively.

2. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively searching for new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
Relationship Management: Building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, distributors, or retailers to ensure repeat business.
Sales Presentations: Conducting product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the customer's specific needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Handling price negotiations, terms of service, and contract finalization to close deals.
Market Research: Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.
Reporting: Preparing and submitting daily/weekly sales reports, expense reports, and forecasts to senior management.
Customer Support: Addressing customer queries, complaints, promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
