The Sales Manager (2 Wheeler) will be tasked with driving sales targets and expanding market share for two-wheeler products within an assigned territory. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for two-wheeler products. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals within the designated area. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. Provide training and development to sales team members to enhance their performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
