Experience in plastic extrusion or manufacturing is preferred. Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and quality control. Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy materials. Work Environment:Factory or production facility setting. Exposure to heat, noise, and plastic fumes. May require working in shifts, including nights and weekends
