Training and Development: Assess the training requirements of artisans and service providers, considering their skill levels and the local craft traditions. Plan and deliver training sessions in the vernacular language to ensure better comprehension and active participation. Offer customized support to trainee artisans, focusing on end-to-end processes to enhance their skills. 6. Coordination with Experts and Designers: Collaborate with visiting experts, design panels, and program team to enhance the technical skills of artisans and service providers. Facilitate the seamless integration of expert insights and recommendations into training sessions and production processes. 7. Product Development and Business Support: Development of design samples in association with ground team and artisans that reflect local craft traditions. Promote effective communication and foster business opportunities for artisans and service providers. Inspire the innovative application of handcrafted textiles, aligned with the identified training needs. 8. Enterprise Support: Offer guidance and support to graduate artisans in establishing and managing their micro-enterprises. Help develop sustainable business models to assist artisans in successfully transitioning into entrepreneurship. 9.Perform other duties as required to align with organizational priorities or donor requirements. Key Deliverables • Planning of field mobilization and implement for taking the program into the community and onboarding artisans to the program. • Regular maintenance of IDC, operations schedules and activities plans at the center. • Submit progress reports on time, detailing qualitative and quantitative achievements with positive progress across trainee performance indicators (skills, productivity, and quality etc). • Maintain systematic and error-free documentation with adherence to M&E standards. Cash Management: Shift leaders are in charge of opening and closing register drawers for employees. They also count the currency in each drawer and create cash accountability reports. Shift leaders might be required to make bank deposits and must be able to resolve currency shortage or overage problems. Shift leaders are also responsible for safe or vault keys while on duty. 5. REV Standards: Each restaurant must maintain a list of cleanliness and operation guidelines set by a APC (REV compliance) or local health inspection agency. Food Safety & BK standards are checked by the NSF, BK Brand Standards Team. Failure to meet their requirements might result in fines or other penalties. In extreme cases, the restaurant might have to shut down until it makes adequate changes to meet regulatory requirements. Shift leaders must observe employees to make sure they are upholding these standards. They also must routinely check the store to ensure it meets the agencys code requirements. 6. Opening and Closing: The Shift manager is responsible for opening and closing the restaurant.
