Position: NPI Lead (EMS/PCBA)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced NPI Lead to own the complete New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle — from design transfer and prototyping to production readiness. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless transition of new products from design partners into scalable, high-quality mass production within our EMS/PCBA setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end NPI process — design transfer, prototyping, validation, approvals, and ramp-up to volume production.
• Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews with design partners to ensure cost-effective and scalable manufacturing.
• Coordinate product certifications and approvals including BIS, WPC, EMI/EMC, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Business Development during customer discussions to support feasibility and costing alignment.
• Define and oversee product testing and quality assurance protocols (ICT, functional testing, burn-in, etc.).
• Ensure smooth handover of qualified products to production, operations, and sales teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in NPI or Program Management within an EMS/PCBA environment.
• Strong technical understanding of PCB assembly, SMT processes, testing, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in consumer electronics or automotive electronics NPI programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to collaboration with East Asian design houses is an added advantage.
