Support Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients using provided leads to schedule training sessions for the Petrosoft software.
• Coordinate with trainers and clients to book and confirm training time slots.
• Schedule a minimum of 45 training sessions per day.
• Track and follow up to ensure trainers complete at least 50 trainings per month.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled and completed trainings.
• Communicate effectively in multiple South Indian languages to cater to regional clients.
• Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes promptly and professionally.
• Report daily and monthly progress to the team lead/manager.
• Assist in resolving minor queries related to training coordination.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in support coordination, customer service, or telecalling.
• Fluency in at least two South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam); proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric approach.
