Support Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Sales Support Executive, your main responsibility is to assist sales teams in improving their productivity. This involves contacting customers, sharing quotations & Proforma invoices, and ensuring overall sales orders are handled efficiently. You will be in charge of handling orders through phone, email, or mail and verifying the accuracy of the orders. Additionally, you will manage and update the sales pipeline, generate CRM reports, coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the sales team, and facilitate communication & coordination of sales activities with the internal team & channel ecosystem. Your role also includes material follow-up from vendors.
