Job Description

As a Support Coordinator for Petrosoft software, your role will involve making outbound calls to clients to schedule training sessions. You will be responsible for coordinating with trainers and clients to book and confirm training time slots, with a target of scheduling a minimum of 45 training sessions per day. It will be your duty to track and follow up to ensure that trainers complete at least 50 training sessions per month. Keeping accurate records of scheduled and completed trainings will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to effectively communicate in multiple South Indian languages to cater to regional clients and handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes promptly and professionally. Reporting daily and monthly progress to the team lead/manager and assisting in resolving minor queries related to training coordination will also be expected from you.
