Software Trainee

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct a minimum of 15 client training sessions daily on the Petrosoft software platform.
• Clearly explain product features, setup, and usage to clients in an effective and friendly manner.
• Deliver training sessions in multiple South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc.) based on client preference.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing queries, demonstrating patience, and providing post-training support as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions and feedback from clients.
• Collaborate with the product and support teams to stay updated on new features and client concerns.
• Participate in continuous learning to improve training techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in at least 2-3 South Indian languages is a must.
• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of software systems.
• Ability to handle multiple client sessions efficiently and with quality.
• Good interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude.
• Prior experience in training or customer support (even as an intern) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the petroleum or retail software industry will be an added advantage.
