*Drive domestic Health Care Division (HCD) Ethical & Generic sales for the region through strategic planning, budget control, and market share growth.
*Lead the regional sales team, design distribution strategies, and expand the customer base across distributorship and direct sales channels to achieve targets. *Support marketing and trade teams in product launches and promotions to ensure effective product positioning and brand recall..
* Implementing Go to Market Plans and bringing about process efficiency through Sales force automation and Distributor/field force capability enhancement.
* Ensures achievement of Brand Targets by creating and leveraging on the brand pull of the products in the market place through implementation of Brand wise schemes and promotional activities.
* Improving the efficiency, productivity and distribution parameters of the sales through proper assessments of the channel performance at every customer points.
--Achieve sales objectives through sales program implementation, trade partner engagement and effective doctor and chemist interactions.
