Skills • Strong mathematical and Tally background, attention to detail and knowledge of GST & TDS. • 5-7 years’ experience in Real Estate Accounting. • Sound Financial and Operational knowledge in Real Estate. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Knowledge of accounting principles, credit, and bookkeeping. • Excellent Customer service skills and recovery skills. • Effective communication and convincing skills in English (written and oral).
