Role Overview

The Senior Performance Marketing Professional will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid and organic channels. This role demands an individual who not only has a proven track record in driving high ROI campaigns but also understands the nuances of marketing to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and luxury consumers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies tailored to attract and retain high-value clients in the luxury sector.
  • Channel Management:

    Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, and luxury-specific digital spaces.
  • Data & Analytics:

    Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Luxury Positioning:

    Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand identity, tone, and luxury positioning, balancing performance goals with exclusivity.
  • Conversion Optimization:

    Drive growth through funnel optimization, retargeting strategies, and high-converting landing pages.
  • Budget Management:

    Handle significant marketing budgets with precision, ensuring maximum ROI while protecting brand equity.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on luxury, lifestyle, or high-value consumer brands.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and retention campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Deep expertise in paid search, paid social, programmatic, and performance-driven partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with mastery in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets (6-7 figures annually).
  • Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital touchpoints that resonate with UHNWIs.
