About Way Maker is a product-based company based out of Goa , building AI-first platforms in learning and hiring. We’re scaling fast and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong architecture and systems design expertise to join our team. Tech Stack React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, STT/TTS, RAG, AWS, Azure, CI/CD Responsibilities Architect, design, and build scalable web applications Lead full-stack development across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure Implement and optimize STT/TTS pipelines and RAG integrations Design robust data models and optimize performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices Mentor junior developers and review code Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new features Requirements 5+ years of full stack development experience Proven experience in system architecture and scalable product design Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express Solid experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis Familiarity with STT/TTS and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Cloud deployment experience with AWS and/or Azure Strong knowledge of CI/CD workflows and architecture patterns Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture Knowledge of observability (logging, monitoring, tracing) Security best practices for web and cloud apps Prior experience in AI/ML-based product development Job Type Full-time, Hybrid (Goa)
