Ensure regular customer visits with Partner teams to understand / address customer requirements and guide Partner teams periodically to ensure correct positioning of our product and improve their Sales skills. Develop required technical knowledge to understand customer applications, propose the right solutions with proper Value proposition and guide the partner teams accordingly to enhance their technical and selling skills and enable them to scale up as a Consultant / Solution provider to customer. Develop and maintain good relationship with Partner to be able to influence the required activities for business growth. Conduct periodic business reviews with Partner teams, help them plan their weekly activities and provide constructive feedback. Ensure proper funnel management and accurate forecasting by Partner teams on a regular basis. Work closely with Marketing and Partner teams for proper planning and execution of Marketing programs / Co-op activities for demand/leads generation, new customer acquisitions, etc. Work closely with cross functional teams like Marketing, Accounts, CRM , as required. Ensure timely report submissions by partners as relevant and required. Reporting To - CSM (Channel Sales Manager). Candidate Profile required Education Undergraduate , Bachelors or Masters Degree. Years of Experience Minimum 1 year or more of relevant experience in Agency Sales - Insurance / Vacation ownership / Real estate for entry to this level. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently with self-motivation. Compensation Salary: As per industry standards + incentives.
