Assistant Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Reporting Deviations/Near Misses/Use of STOP CARDS and Nil LTIR/TRIR, Accidents/incidents
• Compliance to Prevention Plan, Permit System, Golden Rules, ICC Requirements, and e-STL Tier III checking
• Conducting Daily Tool Box Talks with contract employees
• Ensuring contractors comply with minimum safety standards for high-risk works
• Timely completion of site works by proper planning, monitoring, and coordination with contractors
• Preparing and forwarding DPR to all concerned and monitoring all projects
• Ensuring daily Measurement Books are maintained for ongoing works
• Ensuring statutory requirements of contractors are met and records are available at site (Licenses, Insurance, ESI, PF, etc.)
• Processing bills of vendors and contractors on time, compliance to purchase process
• Smooth coordination with Project Head and CAPEX team at HO for planning and execution
• Completion of allocated CAPEX projects by the end of October every year
• Ensuring work front is available for contractors to avoid idling of resources
• Hydro testing of CC line and internal pipelines as per group guidelines
• Compliance to PTW, SGL, LSC, IZI, and MOC
• Displaying TotalEnergies Attitude and motivating staff/workers for implementation
• Development and implementation of annual preventive maintenance planner for Terminal and Jetty
• 100% implementation of preventive maintenance for all mechanical equipment
• Attending breakdown maintenance on priority at Terminal and Jetty
• 100% calibration checks as per PM checklist
• Timely maintenance of statutory regulated equipment before due date
• Tracking and analysis of breakdown hours for critical and standby equipment
• Spare parts management and critical spares inventory for Terminal and Jetty
• 100% reporting of incidents/accidents in prescribed format
• Meeting maintenance KPIs
• Upkeep, inspection, and maintenance of Jetty unloading arms and Booster Pump house
• Should have knowledge in maintaining Bottling equipment without any down time.
• Management of CMMS on daily basis (data logging)
• Responsible for ERV tanker rescue operation
• Ensuring PPE compliance as per PPE Matrix
• Maintaining high level of housekeeping as per checklist
• Effective implementation of Technical Integrity Management
• Implementation of TotalEnergies Industrial Mobility Program
• Joint Safety Tours with team
