Job Description Division : MARKETING & SERVICES ASIA PACIFIC & MIDDLE EASTDirection : M/S TOTALENERGIES MARKETING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITEDJob TitleKEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Ahmedabad CONSTRUCTION-INFRA & MINING Situation in organization (Enclose a copy of the organization chart)N+1 Job Title: SEGMENT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION-INFRA & MINING N+2 Job Title: VP B2B & OEM Job dimensions • Total Sales budget 1300 MT , GMVC 0.4 MUSD • Ringfence & grow existing and Prospective Key Accounts in Construction-Infra & Mining segment with focus on Mining Companies & Contractors, Metro, Public Works, Roads, Railway Projects, Ports etc. in a Specific territory. • Monitor/report regularly KPIs/ Highlight activities in Salsa update stakeholders. • Manage day to day developmental & sales activities of the existing & new accounts. • Implement the annual account plans regarding: 1) Identifying customer needs, and offer value Proposition to those needs. • Execution of agreed activities to maximize Customer and Company objectives and value. • Improve and deliver customer experience in territory. • Ensure delivery of our promises by seeking continuous improvement and efficiency in all operational Activity. Activities Responsible for top line & Bottom line of Customers cluster being handled. To track and maintain accurate market information related Construction & Infrastructure business, Govt Policies. Lead, build & nurture value selling with the customers Maintain top level relationship with Key accounts/OEMs of segment. Track New Projects and prepare techno-commercial proposals. Coordinate with relevant teams for providing technical support. To participate in customer seminars / training programs for customers and sales team, as per need To maintain a clear and accurate understanding of competitive landscape/Market needs and suggest the modification companys product range. Initiate Marketing Activities related to one's segment Brochures, participation in exhibitions, advertisements etc. To arrange the production of reports on specific market topics as may be necessary from time to time. Ensure all aspects of the company's Health and Safety (HSEQ) Policy are adhered to To carry out any other duties as may be from time to time requested by the Vertical head. Context and environment The estimated Lubes Potential of this Segment is around 200 Kt. CAGR 5-6% and it is 10-11% of national GDP B2B team incorporated in April 2022 and volume budget expected to grow 35 40% Highly competitive market with more than 16 oil suppliers (including NOCs, MNCs and local players). New focused segment Accountabilities• To ensure favorable business relations with existing and prospective Key Accounts • To identify opportunities recommend new product. • To ensure growth in direct sales business related to the segment. • Internal Interface : Sales/Segment/Technical & Cross Functional Teams & Application Engineers (Local & Global). • External Interface : Customers, Third Parties (OEMs, Vendors & Distributors) Qualifications/Experience required Degree in Mechanical / Production/ Mining Engineering preferably. 4-6 years experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing of CIM Equipment /Services OR consumables.
