Assistant Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our IT operations team. This role will assist in overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving operational excellence across the organisation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma) is a plus

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operations, project management, or related roles.
• Proven track record of supporting operational functions in an IT environment.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.)
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
