Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets
• Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and deals to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development initiatives
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and partners
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Industry-specific experience
• Existing network of business contacts
• Experience with complex B2B sales cycles
